Purposefully Align To Heal
To be human is to become visible while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.
Pathwork is a fusion of yoga, holotropic breathwork and crystal light chanting in a group setting. This sequence of modalities is purposefully designed to align your body, mind and breath for a healing experience. Workshops are scheduled near the Spring & Fall Equinox, and Summer & Winter Solstice.
Yoga does not change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.
We'll begin with an activating yoga practice that will transition through to Holotropic Breathwork via savasana. Later, to digest the totality of your experience, we'll rest in restorative yoga postures.
Each of us can manifest the properties of a field of consciousness that transcends space, time, and linear causality.
Holotropic Breathwork is the core of this workshop. It is a process of conscious deep breathing while listening to trance inducing music. This process responds directly to the wise and whole parts of ourselves while opening our hearts and minds to the inner healer. This style of journey work is inspired by Stanislav Grof's, Holotropic Breathwork.
The human psyche shows that each individual is an extension of all existence.
In celebration, we'll subtly align the energy centers of the body by chanting seed mantras that correspond with each energy center. A large crystal quartz will light the way with the corresponding colors of each energy center.

Lance Pitman and Erin Aylmer blend their individual experience with Breathwork and Yoga to offer transformational healing workshops aligned with the solar calendar.
Lance has studied Transpersonal Coaching and Transformative Leadership at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. He has worked closely with Stanislav Grof who created the Holotropic Breathing Technique, and infuses Grof's teachings into his own work as a transpersonal coach and breathwork facilitator.
Erin is a RYT-500 & Anusara Elements Yoga Teacher™. Erin will guide you, using therapeutic yoga, on a path of return towards your natural state of well-being. Erin teaches with a relaxed and bright attitude focusing on yogic breathing and in-depth alignment.
